Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace: Policy and Program Considerations

In the wake of the current social justice movement, employers are challenged with issues on how to support the current movement by examining and developing policies and programs that advance diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Although not a “one-size-fits-all” proposition, this program will address ways in which employers can support the current movement by taking actions to create a diverse workforce for the development of an inclusive and equitable work environment. Further, we will address training and educational opportunities to advance DEI efforts to prevent bias and discrimination in the workplace.
This webinar will be presented using the Zoom meetings app. If you have not used this app in the past, a very simple installation will be needed when you accept the invite to the meeting on Thursday.
