Rob Kleman, President/CEO | Ext. 14

Rob works with the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors to formulate policy aimed at advancing the area business climate. He is responsible for the Chamber’s role in legislative and governmental affairs, transportation and aviation issues, workforce development, and small business development. He also oversees Chamber operations and management.

Connie Carmical, MEMBER RELATIONS COORDINATOR | Ext. 32

Connie is responsible for membership sales, development and retention, building relationships while supporting members to maximize members goals. Additionally, she oversees advertising sales – including website, Member to Member, organizing the OC (Oshkosh Connections) Breakfast that meets the 2nd Wednesday of Every Month at 7:45 am, and other related programs. She also coordinates the annual operation thank you program, new member orientation, and other member appreciation programs.

Brianna gonnering, Special Events Coordinator | Ext. 30

Brianna is responsible for implementing all Chamber events and maximizing membership goals. She is responsible for the following events: the Annual Meeting, Economic Outlook Breakfast, Business Expo, Golf Outing (May & August events), AM Oshkosh, Business After Hours, Chamber seminars, and more. Brianna also works with the Ambassador Committee to schedule ribbon cuttings and other member recognition events.

Mark Halfen, Administrative Assistant & IT Coordinator | Ext. 12

Mark is responsible for Chamber office operations and administrative support functions, including information technology. He maintains the membership database, handles bulk mailings and maintains the Chamber calendar.

MaUREEN LASKY, cONCIERGE COORDINATOR | ext. 13

Marueen is responsible for the Chamber’s Concierge Program, designed to offer thoughtful integration to newcomers, showcasing quality of life and community amenities by way of customized experiences and relevant information.

Alice Roberts, Controller | Ext. 23

Alice is responsible for all financial management of the Chamber, Waterfest and other Chamber affiliates. Her duties include generating financial reports, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll.

Patti Schaeve, Receptionist | Ext. 10

Pat is the first point of contact for the Oshkosh Chamber on Thursday and Friday mornings. She manages the front desk, receiving visitors and Chamber members. She also performs daily office duties.

Ashlynn Schreiner, Marketing & COMMUNICATIONS Coordinator | EXT. 16

Ashlynn is responsible for the overall communication and promotion of all Chamber-related events, program and services and membership development activities.

Val Scully, Receptionist | Ext. 10

Val is the first point of contact for the Oshkosh Chamber on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. She manages the front desk, receiving visitors and Chamber members. She also performs daily office duties.

Shannon seaman, education and talent coordinator | Ext. 15

Shannon collaborates with the Oshkosh Area Public Schools, Lourdes Academy, Fox Valley Technical College and University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and the Oshkosh business community to create workforce development programs that strengthen the existing workforce development system, open the lines of communication between education and business, and address the critical workforce dilemmas faced by our community. Shannon also works closely with the Amplify Oshkosh Consortium to address and implement programs that support the emerging technology sector in the Oshkosh region.

Colan Treml, Economic Development Director | Ext. 20

Colan is responsible for developing and executing the economic development program of the chamber. This includes existing business development, investor relations, development of entrepreneurial and start-up endeavors, business recruitment, regional economic development, and community preparedness. He is also the manager of Amplify Oshkosh, a collaboration of businesses and organizations in the Oshkosh and Fox Valley region interested in promoting the IT/Digital industry and associated careers.

Trina Woldt, Director of Leadership Oshkosh | Ext. 29

Trina directs and facilitates the nine-month Leadership Oshkosh program. She inspires a diverse group of individuals who share an interest in developing their community service leadership skills and are committed to enriching the lives of everyone in Oshkosh.
