Patti Andresen-Shew, Education and Talent Development Director | Ext. 29

Patti manages and implements programs that attract, retain and develop talent within the Oshkosh area. She functions as the advocate between Chamber member businesses and the Oshkosh education systems, manages the youth and adult Leadership Oshkosh programs and represents the Chamber in regional business/education efforts and initiatives.

Connie Carmical, Chamber Sales Representative | Ext. 32

Connie is responsible for membership sales.

John Casper, President/CEO | Ext. 18

John works with the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors to formulate policy aimed at advancing the area business climate. He is responsible for the Chamber’s role in legislative and governmental affairs, transportation and aviation issues, workforce development, and small business development. He also oversees Chamber operations and management.

Cassie Daniels, Downtown BID Manager | Ext. 11

Cassie manages all programs for the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District, including marketing, beautification, business development and special events programs. She also manages downtown public relations initiatives, monthly newsletter development, website design and implementation and building and site’s information.

Mark Halfen, Administrative Assistant | Ext. 12

Mark is responsible for Chamber office operations and administrative support functions, including information technology. He maintains the membership database, handles bulk mailings and maintains the Chamber calendar.

Joan Hildebrand, Community Information Coordinator | Ext. 10

Joan is responsible for greeting the public and making a favorable first impression. She coordinates general community information, including local business referrals and newcomer inquiries. She also provides office assistance.

Rob Kleman, Senior Vice President – Economic Development | Ext. 14

Rob leads all facets of economic development programming, including business attraction and retention, entrepreneurial development, investor relations, workforce development and financial packaging. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) and currently serves as a member of the Board and Executive Committees of New North, Inc. and the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. He is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council.

Caitlin MacWilliams, Education and amplify Coordinator | Ext. 28

Caitlin assists and coordinates programs that help develop talent within the Oshkosh area. She works with the Oshkosh area schools to provide educational programing and workforce readiness skills to students. Caitlin also helps plan, coordinate and facilitate the Amplify Oshkosh movement that is geared towards empowering businesses with technology.

Alice Roberts, Controller | Ext. 23

Alice is responsible for all financial management of the Chamber, Waterfest and other Chamber affiliates. Her duties include generating financial reports, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll.

Karlie Schultz, Member Relations Coordinator | Ext. 16

Karlie manages all member retention efforts. She coordinates all Chamber networking events and member activities including Business After Hours, A.M. Oshkosh, OC Connection Breakfast, and Ribbon Cuttings. She leads the Ambassador group and serves on the Propel Board of Directors, Oshkosh’s young professionals group. In addition she supports the Manager of Marketing and Communications with the Chamber’s larger events and marketing efforts.

Colan Treml, Marketing and Communications Coordinator | Ext. 20

Colan is responsible for the marketing and promotion of all Chamber-related events, programs, and services. This includes management and implementation of the marketing and communication programs, and public relations activities. In addition, Colan serves as the lead on Annual Meeting and Economic Outlook Breakfast, and will serve as the Waterfest manager. He works closely with the Member Relations Coordinator to provide monthly networking opportunities for members.
