Screening and Protection: Legal Considerations for Employers Purchasing Tests and PPE for Employees.

As the country continues to re-open, companies are rushing to develop Covid-19 tests and personal protective equipment (PPE) to be used by individuals and employers. This program will discuss the issues an employer should consider before purchasing a product, for example: testing options, regulatory guidance regarding authorized tests and PPE, evaluating accuracy and reliability, training on administration of tests, requests from employees to use alternative PPE, and who pays for PPE. The program will expand upon other re-opening issues as they continue to develop.
This webinar will be presented using the Zoom meetings app. If you have not used this app in the past, a very simple installation will be needed when you accept the invite to the meeting on Thursday.
