The Forum will feature a meet-and-greet with the candidates from 11:30-12:00, followed by a debate from approximately 12:00-1:00PM. The debate will be moderated by Jonathan Krause of WHBY Radio. The format of the debate will include opening and closing comments by the participating candidates, with a series of questions for the candidates to respond and rebut. The questions will come from members of the Oshkosh Chamber.
