The Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce Business Expo goes on for one day at the Oshkosh Convention Center. Over 100 businesses set up booths and offer a great way to make new connections, learn more about area businesses' products, services, and upcoming job openings. Several activities are offered by exhibitors for attendees throughout the day.
The evening finishes out with a social, Business After Hours – A Taste of Oshkosh, from 5pm-7pm. You'll get a chance to sample food and beverages from area restaurants, caterers, and breweries.
The cost is $5.00 or a business card until 5pm. After 5pm, the Business After Hours entrance fee of $6.00 will apply for all attendees. This is a great networking opportunity for attendees and exhibitors alike!
Schedule:
11:00am-12:00pm: Exhibitor-to-Exhibitor Expo
12:00pm-7:00pm: Expo is Open to the Public
5:00pm-7:00pm: Business After Hours to be held at the Convention Center
Parking: Parking is available in the convention center lot (directly east) at no cost to you. There is some nearby street parking as well. Please make sure to check parking hours and restrictions before parking in a space.
Cost to attend is $5.00 or a business card, until 5:00 p.m. At that time the Business After Hours entrance fee, $6, will apply for all attendees.
Business EXPO is the time to:
- Increase business awareness and credibility.
- Showcase existing and/or new products/services.
- Sell products/services - "cash and carry" allowed and encouraged.
- Make key business contacts and "seal the deal". People do business with people they know!
- Network with other exhibitors and attendees
- Promote employment opportunities.
In addition, your purchase of a Booth for the 2022 Business Expo allows you the following:
Exhibitor Booth Activities:
All Exhibitors will have the option to create their own activity/demo/ giveaway throughout the day. You may submit your activity/demo/giveaway to us for consideration for our Business Expo Program (must be of significance to be included. Please no seminars). Please submit 1-4 sentences to describe what you will be doing and at what time (if applicable). Description may be modified to fit space allotted in the Program. Must be submitted by March 25 to be included in the program.
Video Promotion:
All Exhibitors will receive an opportunity to create a 30 second promotional video for the Chamber to share on social media. All videos will be shared on the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce Facebook page and LinkedIn page and will be scheduled by the Oshkosh Chamber. We are now accepting videos. All videos must be submitted by March 25.
Advertise Current Job Openings:
If your company will be hiring as of January, 2020 you may indicate this on your Registration Form. When the floor maps are printed your organization's name will appear in a different color to indicate that attendees may stop by your booth for more information. Please let us know by March 25.
Booth Supplies:
Your booth will come with: pipe/drape, one skirted 2'8'30" high table (drapes are black, table clothes are white), waste basket and booth ID sign (business name will read the same as what was submitted on your registration form). Booths are 10' wide X 8' deep with two chairs. Can be modified by request. An additional fee may apply. Must request changes to booth by March 25. Electricity can be added at a rate of $20 per booth and should be marked on your registration form if needed. Complimentary Access to Business After Hours is included for those working your booth. Free Wifi available. Opportunity to win 1st, 2nd or 3rd place for the Best Themed Booth. Winners receive a certificate and discount on their 2021 Business Expo Booth space.
Exhibitor Lounge:
An exhibitor lounge is available with refreshments throughout the day and light breakfast in the morning.
