About the presenters:

Robert H. Zondag brings to his clients 25+ years of leadership experience, as an entrepreneur and executive in financial services, private enterprise, and agriculture. Roberts specializations include strategic planning inclusive of growth, capital planning, enterprise risk management, and regulatory and compliance matters including Board of Directors’ development and governance. Robert is passionate about brining clarity to his clients when they face complex business issues and regulatory matters.

Deron Kling is an experienced consultant, trainer, and leader focused on helping Wipfli’s clients plan for the future and reach their objectives. His background includes over 20 years as an organizational leader and management consultant. With strong experience in managing change and strategic goals, Deron excels at guiding organizations through a landscape disrupted by changing tools, resources, compliance requirements, and competition. Driven by a passion for helping organizations meet measurable objectives, he excels at training, mentoring, process redesign, project planning, strategic thinking, and team engagement.

With over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, Joe Girard leverages his skills and experience to lead, advise, and consult with his clients. Today, he fosters the growth of the firm’s tax and audit clients by offering additional services geared toward their operational success. Joe has guided manufacturing companies of all sizes and types through all facets of operational excellence and sales growth. He has a passion for and is fiercely focused on helping manufacturers become more operationally efficient to support their growth initiatives.
