The Forum will feature a meet-and-greet with the candidates from 7:30 to 8:00, followed by a debate from approximately 8:00 to 9:00 a.m. The debate will be broadcast live on WOSH from 8:04 to 9:00 a.m. and will be moderated by Bob Burnell. The format of the debate will include opening and closing comments by the participating candidates, with a series of questions for the candidates to respond and rebut. The questions will come from members of the Oshkosh Chamber.
