SCORE, Counselors to America's Small Business, founded in 1964, is a non-profit organization dedicated to entrepreneur education and the formation, growth and success of small businesses nationwide.
SCORE is associated with the U.S. Small Business Administration as a resource partner. It is a volunteer group of retired men and women who provide the small business community with high-quality management information and assistance by means of FREE one-on-one counseling.

About the Oshkosh Chapter
The Oshkosh Chapter offers free counseling to help you start or improve your business. We have 18 counselors with in excess of 700 years of experience. The counselors have diverse business and professional backgrounds, including accounting, architecture, banking, construction, engineering, food and beverage service, manufacturing, non-profit, retailing and taxes. All of our counselor are available to provide FREE counseling to both startup and existing small businesses in Winnebago County.
