Propel Oshkosh Young Professionals is a development and networking group for young professionals aged 18-40 in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Propel is overseen by a volunteer board of directors and committees and is a program offered by the Oshkosh Chamber.
Propel’s mission is to engage and empower young professionals through community involvement, networking, and professional and personal growth. To achieve our mission, we empower our members through three avenues: Lead, Grow, Do.
Propel can enrich your life in many ways; our organization allows you to mingle at social events, get your hands dirty, and enrich your professional or personal development. You can also be part of one of our many committees dedicated to making Propel the premiere young professionals group.
Propel’s vision is to make Oshkosh the destination for young professionals in Wisconsin.

Individual Membership — $75 annually
Membership good for 1 year from sign-up date

Fox River Sponsor — $550
- Up to 5 memberships good for 1 year from company sign-up date
- Must provide names and email contact for members (all must have a company email)
- Members can be added throughout the year, but memberships must renew with sponsorship

Butte des Morts Sponsor — $1200
- Up to 15 memberships good for 1 year from company sign-up date

These signature events take place once each year and bring young professionals together to connect, celebrate, and grow.
- Holiday Party: A festive event held during the holiday season featuring activities, food, drinks, raffles, and networking opportunities to celebrate the year together.
- YPN Week: A full week of engaging events focused on community involvement, professional growth, networking, and fun.
- Sponsor Banquet: An event dedicated to recognizing and thanking the sponsors who support YPN throughout the year.
