Stormwater Utility (3).jpg

The Oshkosh Chamber commissioned the Whitburn Center for Governance and Policy Research to conduct an analysis of The City’s spending trends. The study included an in-depth review of the Stormwater Utility and found that the Utility has been over-charging its Utility customers. The City Council will be considering a Utility rate increase of 6.5% at its January 10th Council meeting. The Chamber, on behalf of its membership, is urging the City Council to forego the increase and provide Stormwater Utility rate relief. For more on this, please read the letter.

If you believe the Council should provide rate relief to its customers in 2023, please let them know.  Here is a link to send an email to all City Council members: City of Oshkosh - City Council - Contact Form
