SESSION SUMMARY: As you implement good marketing and sales, your business begins to grow faster than you can keep up with. But with the current job market, it can be hard to find the right talent to help your growing business. In this workshop, we’ll share how to attract and retain top candidates. This workshop focuses on a proven-three pronged approach: job stretch, increase in job satisfaction and increase in job growth. If you get those three things right, compensation will take care of itself.
There is also an in-person version of this workshop, held on April 25 from 4:45-6:00pm.

In an hour or less, you’ll learn an amazing new marketing skill, strategy or tool, all while connecting with other local business owners at the same time.
