Corporate culture is of increasing importance to future employees, and what future employees view as a desirable culture has evolved. Combined with the current labor shortage, these two forces are putting pressure on organizations to get culture “right.”
Learn how generational differences impact the desired culture and how to use culture to increase employee engagement. How all of this is impacted by the increased prevalence of some categories of employees working remotely will also be explored.
