Companies large and small are facing worker shortages that have resulted in delayed or canceled orders. This has driven prices higher for the goods that are available, and with surging commodities prices, inflation is hotter and more persistent than many expected. Today’s unemployment rates present a huge business risk for employers. Jobs are going unfilled for longer, resulting in loss of productivity and harming bottom lines. Industries such as food & beverage, warehousing, janitorial services, manufacturing, and production are finding it particularly difficult to locate qualified, willing workers. Even worse, these positions are also prone to high turnover, making it harder to keep operations running smoothly.
With this challenge at hand, the Oshkosh Chamber of Commerce has entered into a partnership program with KGREENCARD, LLC. A local company, KGREENCARD specializes in recruiting international workers. KGREENCARD LLC, is a professional, independent third-party provider of EB-3 visas. They help employees and employers meet the needs of the labor shortage, focusing on unskilled (entry level) labor for U.S. businesses and skilled labor jobs. KGREENCARD finds foreign national workers to fill job openings at companies experiencing chronic labor shortages. KGREENCARD works with the top immigration law firms to assist non-immigrant visa holders in adjusting their visa status in the U.S. from an eligible non-immigrant visa to EB-3 permanent residency Green Card.
