Participants will be challenged to look at conflict in new ways. They will leave able to recognize and facilitate constructive conflict while preventing it from deteriorating into a contest of tug of war between warring factions. The methods and approaches presented are elegant and easily applied in any situation where individuals work together as a team. Leaders with specific questions and situations are invited to bring them, and we will apply this knowledge to your real workday circumstances.
