Reality is grittier than the plans we make. Situations arise that were not anticipated. How does your team behave when confronted with challenge? Do they react in crisis mode or do they engage with a measured and effective response? A reactionary leadership can help create the next crisis. How does an executive leader break that cycle? The workshop will help leaders take actionable steps to reduce reactionary behavior and establish a responsive culture. Participants can expect to leave with one to three actions they can take to improve the performance of their team when things don’t go according to plan.
