We will begin this event with a full tour of the brand new Downtown YMCA facility. Afterwards, a certified health and wellness professional will be teaching us how to make a healthy treat in their teaching kitchen. Everyone will get to sample the smoothies and as questions about the nutrition, their facility, and offerings. Anyone who attends this free event will also receive a day pass to the YMCA to try out whenever they would like to.
