Executive Director
Rob recruits and retains commercial business. In addition, Rob assists with business startups, site selection, market information, financial assistance, the business incubator, workforce development and the revolving loan fund. Rob is involved in Regional Economic Development, including ORIGIN (Oshkosh Regional Growth Incubator Network), NEWREP, New North and the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board. Rob coordinates the sales of the City’s Universal Business Park Land. He also assists with commercial development projects, including the river front and central city.

Downtown BID Manager
Maureen manages all programs for the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District, including marketing, beautification, business development, marketing and special events programs. She manages downtown public relations initiatives, marketing, monthly newsletter development, Web site design and implementation, and building and sites information.
