Kathy Bermingham, ext. 32Leadership Oshkosh Coordinator
Kathy develops and implements the Leadership Oshkosh and Youth Leadership Oshkosh programs. Both educate participants about Oshkosh so that they will be better able to serve their community.
John Casper, ext. 18President/CEO
John works with the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors to formulate policy aimed at advancing the area business climate. He is responsible for the Chamber’s role in legislative and governmental affairs, transportation and aviation issues, workforce development, and small business development. He also oversees Chamber operations and management.
Mark Halfen, ext. 12Administrative Assistant
Mark is responsible for Chamber office operations and administrative support functions, including information technology. He also manages the Oshkosh Chamber Web site, maintains the membership database, handles bulk mailings and maintains the Chamber calendar.
Joan Hildebrand, ext. 10Community Information Coordinator
Joan is responsible for greeting the public and making a favorable first impression. She coordinates general community information, including local business referrals and newcomer inquiries. She also provides office assistance.
Kelli Karpinski, ext. 20Director of Marketing and Communications
Kelli handles all public relations and marketing functions and the production of publications, media relations, and other internal and external communications. She also manages all Chamber programs and services. She oversees member relations and member recruitment.
Megan Kok, ext. 16
Member Relations Manager
The Member Relations Manager manages and coordinates all of the Chamber events, including workshops and seminars, and handles all member retention efforts. The position staffs the Ambassador group and coordinates Sales Club.
Alice Roberts, ext. 23Controller
Alice is responsible for all financial management of the Chamber, OAEDC, Waterfest and other Chamber affiliates. Her duties include generating financial reports, accounts receivable and payable, and payroll.

Chamber Membership Sales
The Chamber contracts with Carolyn, owner of CK Media, to conduct membership sales. Carolyn also sells advertising in the Membership Directory, Profiles magazine, and NewsWave magazine.

Education Coordinator
Cecil coordinates and implements the Chamber’s education program, including the Partners In Education Council, Partners at Learning, and Career and Life Path Day.

Cassie Cook, ext. 11
Downtown BID Manager
Cassie manages all programs for the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District, including marketing, beautification, business development, marketing and special events programs. She manages downtown public relations initiatives, marketing, monthly newsletter development, Web site design and implementation, and building and sites information.
Rob Kleman, ext. 14
Executive Director
Rob leads all facets of economic development programming, including business attraction and retention, entrepreneurial development, investor relations, workforce development and financial packaging. He is a Past President of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) and currently serves as a member of the Board and Executive Committees of New North, Inc. and the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. and is chair of the Oshkosh Regional Innovation and Growth Incubator Network (ORIGIN). He is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council.
Evan Wendlandt, ext. 28
Economic Development Coordinator
Evan provides direct consultative services to OAEDC clients, providing guidance to entrepreneurs through location assistance, structuring financial packages, and conducting and compiling market research. He also updates the building and sites database and coordinates the Oshkosh Business Retention and Expansion program, ORIGIN, and the OAEDC Revolving Loan Fund. He is the Oshkosh Chamber’s Waterfest coordinator.
