- ORIGIN, a network of experts and services that provides as a premier seamless, one-stop shop for entrepreneurs, business start-ups, emerging and existing businesses.
- Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District (BID) Recruitment Fund Grant (RFG), which provides qualified businesses with grants for up to $5,000 for expansion and/or relocation into the BID. An online RFG application is available.
- Revolving Loan Fund, through which low-interest loans promote expansion, relocation and retention of qualified businesses in the central business district. An online RLF application is available.
