IT Talent Pipeline

Learn more about future human resource demands for Information Technology professionals in this Regional IT Research Study. Input from regional employers and schools were used to develop findings and recommendations.

The Market Analysis Project was led by Northeast Wisconsin Educational Resource Alliance (NEW ERA), the consortium of higher education institutions in northeast Wisconsin, with the support of Workforce Development Boards, Chambers of Commerce, Economic Development Organizations, and private industry in the region.

The next phase in the project is the development of targeted education programs as well as workforce development strategies that we can use as a region.

Amplify Oshkosh is a program of the Chamber that aims to empower local businesses, schools, investors and innovators to make their mark in Oshkosh.

Amplify sits at the helm of this effort by supporting local universities that usher top I.T. graduates into the local market and provides continuing education through a peer network of business leaders. We hope to foster a diverse environment where open sharing of best practices and emerging technologies is encouraged. Building relationships between tech players – big and small – is central to our work at Amplify. Learn more about Amplify Oshkosh at AmplifyOshkosh.com
