Patti Andresen-Shew, Education & Workforce Coordinator | Ext. 29
Patti manages and implements workforce and career development programs that support career readiness. She functions as the advocate between Chamber member businesses and the Oshkosh schools and post-secondary education systems, as well as representing the Chamber in regional business/education efforts and initiatives.
Kimberly Baehnman, Chamber Sales Representative | Ext. 15
Kim is responsible for membership sales.
Kathy Bermingham, Director of Leadership Oshkosh | Ext. 32
Kathy develops and implements the Leadership Oshkosh and Youth Leadership Oshkosh programs. Both educate participants about Oshkosh so that they will be better able to serve their community.
John Casper, President/CEO | Ext. 18
John works with the Chairman of the Board and Board of Directors to formulate policy aimed at advancing the area business climate. He is responsible for the Chamber's role in legislative and governmental affairs, transportation and aviation issues, workforce development, and small business development. He also oversees Chamber operations and management.
Kari Cassidy, Manager of Marketing and Communications | Ext. 20
Kari is responsible for the marketing and promotion of all Chamber-related events, programs and services. This includes development, management, and implementation of the marketing, communication programs and public relations activities. Additionally, she supports the Member Relations Manager with membership sales and the Membership Retention Program.
Cassie Cook, Downtown BID Manager | Ext. 11
Cassie manages all programs for the Downtown Oshkosh Business Improvement District, including marketing, beautification, business development and special events programs. She also manages downtown public relations initiatives, monthly newsletter development, website design and implementation and building and site's information.
Mark Halfen, Administrative Assistant | Ext. 12
Mark is responsible for Chamber office operations and administrative support functions, including information technology. He maintains the membership database, handles bulk mailings and maintains the Chamber calendar.
Joan Hildebrand, Community Information Coordinator | Ext. 10
Joan is responsible for greeting the public and making a favorable first impression. She coordinates general community information, including local business referrals and newcomer inquiries. She also provides office assistance.
Rob Kleman, Senior Vice President - Economic Development | Ext. 14
Rob leads all facets of economic development programming, including business attraction and retention, entrepreneurial development, investor relations, workforce development and financial packaging. He is a past president of the Wisconsin Economic Development Association (WEDA) and currently serves as a member of the Board and Executive Committees of New North, Inc. and the Fox Valley Workforce Development Board, Inc. and is chair of the Oshkosh Regional Innovation and Growth Incubator Network (ORIGIN). He is certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional through the National Development Council.

Alice Roberts, Controller | Ext. 23
Alice is responsible for all financial management of the Chamber, Waterfest and other Chamber affiliates. Her duties include generating financial reports, accounts receivable and payable and payroll.
Devan Strebig, Member Relations Manager | Ext. 16
Devan manages and coordinates all of the Chamber events and handles all member retention efforts. She also staffs the Ambassador group, coordinates Sales Club and manages Propel, Oshkosh's young professionals group.
Evan Wendlandt, Economic Development Manager | Ext. 28
Evan provides direct consultative services to clients, providing guidance to entrepreneurs through location assistance, structuring financial packages, and conducting and compiling market research. He also updates the building and sites database and coordinates the Oshkosh Business Retention and Expansion program, ORIGIN, and the Revolving Loan Fund. He is the Oshkosh Chamber's Waterfest coordinator.
